Great place. Very caring staff.
The doctors and staff are incredible, caring, and skilled. I have recommended them to people who have driven 60 miles to get here, and they have switched all their veterinary needs here. And, beyond their care and caring, they are far less expensive than all other vets I've been to.
We had been going to this place for years. Apparently, they changed their Saturday hours to set appointments. This was not feasible for an emergency which they said they would try to get us in before noon, but no guarantee. Then said we could wait with no real concern. It was 10:00 am. The front desk clerk told us, if they didn't get to us before noon, we had to pay the after hours cost. Not good for emergency matters. Ended up going to Animal hospital of Los Lunas. Not the best way to treat your patrons. Very disappointed. They have lost my business.
Awesome vets! They have handled numerous pet issues we have had and they have been wonderful. The other members of staff are great as well. I would highly recommend.
Dr. McKinney went above and beyond for us. She was compassionate, honest, and informative when dealing with our unfortunate circumstance. The pricing here is amazing compared to the Albuquerque clinics I have been to. The front desk staff was very sweet, and it's apparent that those employed here genuinely love animals. I have a hard time investing trust in many, but this clinic has more than earned it.
